Established in 2018, R&R Fiber LLC is a family-operated underground utility construction company based in Arizona. With more than 35 years of combined field experience, our team supports telecom, construction, and infrastructure projects through fiber placement, conduit installation, directional drilling, conduit proofing, and verification services.
Licensed under Arizona’s General Engineering ROC, we take pride in precise field work, clear communication, and reliable execution from start to finish. Our crews support fiber networks, FTTH builds, conduit systems, roadway crossings, and the infrastructure needed to keep Arizona connected.

Luis Gonzalez
With more than two decades of experience in fiber optic infrastructure, underground utilities, and construction operations, Luis Gonzalez helps lead R&R Fiber’s project coordination, client communication, and field execution across Arizona.
Known for his steady communication and practical approach, Luis helps keep projects organized from the first conversation to the final field update. He works closely with clients, contractors, telecom partners, and crews to make sure expectations are clear, timelines stay on track, and each project receives the attention it needs.
Ramon Gonzalez
Ramon has spent more than 35 years working in underground utility construction, contributing to major infrastructure projects across Arizona and building strong relationships with contractors, city officials, and industry partners.
As co-founder of R&R Fiber LLC, Ramon brings deep field knowledge in underground construction, project management, and utility regulations. His experience helps guide the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and reliable execution on every project.
